WildCat announces the WildCat mk500 HD PickUp Scale™
Lexington, KY, September 4, 2018 — WildCat RealTime Systems Inc., the innovator behind the WildCat Add-On Platform™, announces the WildCat mk500 HD PickUp Scale™, an add-on instrument for weight measurement that can be installed on a variety of industrial machines and production lines.
The integrated pick-up and weight measurement head allows customers to choose the end effector best suited to the type of product being weighed, such as vacuum or gripper pick-up. An easy interlocking connection allows one end effector to be swapped for another within moments.

Part of the ecosystem enabled by the WildCat Add-On Platform™, the WildCat mk500 HD PickUp Scale™ can provide real-time reporting, statistics, and feedback useful for inspection, quality control, and integration into a closed-loop process control system.
The weight measurement range can be customized as needed by the application. Currently, the WildCat mk500 HD PickUp Scale™ add-on head can weigh parts up to 500 grams with accuracy of 1/100 of a gram when allowing one second per sample. Faster speeds are achievable.
